1. Products & Nature of Goods

• All products sold by Kefir.pk are perishable food items.

• Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, special conditions apply to storage, returns, and refunds.

• Product images and descriptions are for representation purposes; minor variations may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

Website Orders

• Orders can be placed through our website using:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received or COD is approved.

Invoice-Based (Store / Institutional) Orders

• Payment is due within 15 days of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices exclude applicable sales tax, which will be charged as per prevailing laws.

3. Delivery & Storage Responsibility

• Once delivered, ownership and responsibility of the product transfers to the customer.

• All products must be stored at 4°C or below at all times.

• Kefir.pk is not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Website Orders

• Returns are not accepted on daily website orders.

• Replacement requests may be considered only if:

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Supported with valid photo or video proof

  • Product has been stored at 4°C

• Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible, subject to approval.

• COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds.

Invoice-Based Orders

• Shortages, damages, or defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Claims without valid proof or reported after 24 hours will not be entertained.

• Approved claims may result in replacement or invoice adjustment, at Kefir.pk’s discretion.

5. Support & Communication

• All concerns must be reported through official Kefir.pk support channels.

• Kefir.pk reserves the right to request additional proof before approving any claim.

• Decisions made by Kefir.pk Support are final and binding.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

• Kefir.pk reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of stock

  • Delivery limitations

  • Suspected misuse or fraud

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kefir.pk shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Changes to Terms

• Kefir.pk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

• Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
